About Coronavirus (Covid -19) Contact Tracing System Web App with QR Code Scanning Free Download
This Coronavirus (Covid -19) Contact Tracing System Web App with QR Code Scanning using PHP/MySQL logs all individuals that are visiting a particular establishment. The system has 2 sides of the interface which are the Admin Panel and therefore the Establishments Log’s Side. The Admin Panel is that the module of the project which are the supervisor will manage all the info like the list of establishments and Individuals List. The system automatically generates a printable CTS QR Code Card (Contact Tracing System Quick Response Code Card) and this card are going to be the identification of the individuals for entering the establishment. Talking about the Establishment Log’s Side, each establishment that’s registered within the system will a system-generated code which can be employed by the establishment’s staff to access the QR Code Scanning Feature. This module has only one page after login because this side purpose is merely to log the visitor’s QR Code to log their information to the system that the certain individual has entered to the certain establishment during a certain time and date. This project also generates printable reports. This project was inspired in the LGU’s Contact Tracking System here in the Philippines.

How To Run??
Above all, to run this project you must have installed a virtual server i.e XAMPP on your PC. Coronavirus (Covid -19) Contact Tracing System Web App with QR Code Scanning in PHP and MySQL with source code is free to download, Use for educational purposes only!
Follow the following steps after Starting Apache and MySQL in XAMPP:
1st Step: Firstly, Extract the file
2nd Step: After that, Copy the main project folder
3rd Step: So, you need to Paste in xampp/htdocs/
Further, Now Connecting Database
4th Step: So, for now, Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/phpmyadmin/”
5th Step: After that, Click on the databases tab
6th Step: So, Create a database naming “cts_db” and then click on the import tab
7th Step: Certainly, Click on browse file and select “cts_db.sql” file which is inside the “db” folder
8th Step: Meanwhile, click on Go button.
After Creating Database,
9th Step: Moreover, Open a browser and go to URL “http://localhost/cts_qr”

Hello Sir! kapag yung number ng mga list lumagpas sa 10 at kapag 11 na pataas is ayaw na mag edit delete show po with this mater list like individual list, Establishment List, Maintenance, State/Province List, City List, Barangay/Zone List.

How to run the scanning via IP or on the Phone? Scanning can only be done on localhost PC or Laptop. Anyone tried a solution?
