House Rental Management System Project is a simple web application develop in PHP MySQL database using JavaScript, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, Ajax and Modal. The main purposes of the system is to manage the payment of the tenant and monitor the house rental. The system contain of admin and staff, the admin can manage all information of the tenant like edit, update, delete, and check payment and accept, and the staff can manage like admin but different access.

Installation Guide

3. Database Configuration: Access phpMyAdmin and create a new database named "house_rental_db". Import the provided SQL file located in the 'db' folder.
4. Access the System: Navigate to "http://localhost/house_rental" in your web browser to access the system.

• FINANCIAL_SUMMARY: Financial summaries present a summary of income, expenses, and other financial aspects related to rental properties. Each report can generate multiple financial summary entries.
• OCCUPANCY_RATE: Occupancy rates indicate the percentage of occupied units compared to the total available units. Similar to financial summaries, each report can generate multiple occupancy rate entries.
